Devina Naveekshi, who won the “Best in National Costume” title at the Miss Aura International 2026 pageant, arrived in Sri Lanka this morning (25) through the Katunayake International Airport.
The competition, held in Antalya from May 10 to May 22, featured contestants from 40 countries around the world. Representing Sri Lanka, Devina successfully advanced to the Top 20 finalists.
She earned international recognition for showcasing Sri Lankan identity and culture through her national costume presentation.
Professionally, Devina Naveekshi is a doctor currently serving at Karapitiya Teaching Hospital.
She arrived at Katunayake Airport at 8:25 a.m. on Emirates flight EK-650. Family members, relatives, and friends were present at the airport to warmly welcome her back home after bringing pride and international recognition to Sri Lanka.
